Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

- “**For Choline, we labeled all prenatals as meeting the FDA DV if they had enough Choline to supplement an average 319mg Choline diet, and hit the 550mg DV.
- “***Magnesium is an electrolyte with a high DV & is never found in prenatals at high quantities. We did not label any prenatals as being below DV.
- “****Calcium inhibits iron absorption. Since iron is rare in diet & deficiencies are common, most prenatals, including CareNatal, exclude calcium”
Why do some prenatal vitamins
make us
sick?
Poor forms of iron
Poor forms of iron cause nausea & constipation within 1-2 hours. CareNatal uses Ferrous Bisglycinate, a form of iron shown to decrease nausea and constipation by 85%.
“Horse-pills”
A choking sensation when trying to swallow can trigger nausea and vomiting.
Fish Tastes
If you’ve tasted a fish burp, you know how nauseating it can be. CareNatal uses microencapsulation to keep all of those fishy tastes sealed in tight.
Locking up
Bad
Tastes
Microencapsulation allows us to lock these bad flavors at a molecular level, so that your taste buds never taste them, and they safely break apart and absorb into your body when they hit the acidic environment of your stomach.
Prenatal vitamins taste bad but ours doesn't, because we used Microencapsulation to lock up bad tastes from Omega-3 fish oils, iron, and B-vitamins
Microencapsulation Diagram
Years of work to make your
mornings a
little bit easier
First, we took capsule out of the equation, and were left with just the vitamin powder
Second, we increased the powder levels. No more cutting corners on the nutrients your body needs. we pack 8x the nutrients vs a gummy and 2.5x vs a pill.
Third, we replaced the hard to absorb ingredients that were triggering nausea, constipation, and other side effects

FAQ
We’re glad you’re being thoughtful and have questions about our prenatal vitamin.
What does CareNatal taste like?
More than 80% of expecting moms or new moms that have tried CareNatal describe the flavor as being very similar to an Orange creamsicle popsicle or like Orange Tang drink mix from their childhood. You can listen to real moms give their reviews here.
I get nauseated easily, can I sip on this throughout the day or wait until the afternoon to drink it?
Yes, CareNatal was designed just for that You can sip on it throughout the day. However, we recommend keeping it refrigerated between sips to ensure no bad tastes leak out of the fish oil powder.
When will preorders be delivered?
Preorder delivery is expected by September 5th.
A pill is easier to take, why should I take CareNatal?
CareNatal packs 2.5x more active nutrients than pills the top selling do and if we converted our formulation to pills, we would have to ask you to take 8 pills per day. We are considering launching a pill in the future, but most moms have told us a drink would be easier than taking 8 pills per day.
Can I take this with other supplements?
Please speak with your doctor about what is right for you. Please note that although CareNatal comes in a powder form, it is still a prenatal vitamin. Please do not take multiple prenatal vitamins daily unless instructed by your physician.
What is the return policy?
Returns are free and accepted within 30 days of purchase. You will be provided with a return label. Please reach out to hello@carenatal.com to initiate a return. Due to the sensitivity and safety of prenatal vitamins, we can not accept any products that are not unused and in original condition.
Do you ship outside the US?
Due to regulatory restraints, we do not ship outside of the US.
Why is calcium missing from CareNatal?
Calcium can inhibit the absorption of iron, so we chose to leave it out (like many prenatal vitamins). Calcium is also much easier to get from diet vs iron, and 1 in 6 pregnacies in the US experience anemia from not having enough iron. For that reason, we prioritized iron. Also, we reommend avoiding products with high levels of calcium (ie, dairy products) within 2 hours of taking CareNatal.
