After noticing some of my loved ones struggling with "horse-pills" & "fishy tasting burps", I wanted to do anything I could to help them.
I searched far and wide for a better prenatal, only to realize that expecting moms could only choose from 8 pill-a-day prenatals or incomplete gummies. This was unacceptable. Women on their journey to motherhood deserve a palatable prenatal that has the nutrients they need.
I knew I had to do something. I quit my job and devoted myself to helping women find better prenatal vitamins. I shared my free prenatal vitamin list on social media and eventually launched my own multivitamin, CareNatal. CareNatal is different because it prioritizes key nutrients, is rigorously lab tested, and we spent 2 years making sure it tastes great too.

As Customer Experience Manager, my goal is to make sure every mom feels welcomed, valued, and supported throughout her journey with us, and any question or concern she has is addressed with thoughtfulness and compassion.
I'm a mom myself, with kids nearly grown now, and I still remember vividly how hard it was to find a prenatal that wasn't a struggle to swallow. That's part of why this work means so much to me: I get to help build something that makes pregnancy genuinely easier, without compromising nutrition. After years with my family as my first priority, CareNatal is where I came back to work, and I got to come back to something that actually matters. "My background is in multivitamin supplement manufacturing and nutrition education, which means I understand the science, sourcing, and quality standards behind every batch we make, not just the marketing around it. I've been part of CareNatal since 2024, and my role is serving our growing practitioner community of OBGYNs, midwives, doulas, pelvic floor therapists, and naturopaths, making sure they have everything they need to confidently recommend CareNatal to their clients.
Coming from supplement manufacturing, I know exactly how rare and how telling it is for a brand to publish their lab testing results publicly, and it's the reason I wouldn't work anywhere that didn't. I'm also a first-time mom, and that lived experience is my true 'why.' I still use CareNatal regularly, so when I tell a practitioner this is a prenatal their patients will actually stick with, I'm speaking from experience as much as expertise.
