Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

CareNatal's
Omega Boost
makes up for what your prenatal is missing
67% of prenatal vitamins don't have enough Omega-3s (at least 200-300mg recommended by most health bodies). And the remaining prenatals that do have enough Omega-3s have large fishy-tasting pills.
CareNatal's Prenatal Omega Boost was made to help you get your Omega-3s, without the gross horse pills.

First, we took the fish oil and sprayed into into very fine droplets.
Second, we dehydrated the droplets until only a solid powder remained. Then, we added antioxidants to keep the Omega-3's stable and wrapped it in a micro-encapsulation.
Third, we put it all into a packet for you to enjoy. Please note, that the micro-encapsulation traps the bad flavors, but also makes the powder slow to dissolve. So best to shake, not stir.

Locking up
Bad
Tastes
Omega-3s usually taste bitter & fishy but ours doesn't, because we used microencapsulation to lock up bad tastes from the fish oils.
Microencapsulation allows us to lock these bad flavors at a molecular level, so that your taste buds never taste them, but they can still safely absorb into your body when they hit your stomach. Please note that the microencapsulation also limits the powders ability to dissolve, so it is always recommended to mix in a shaker bottle and shake periodically, rather than stirring.

FAQ
We’re glad you’re being thoughtful and have questions about our Prenatal Omega Boost.
What does the Prenatal Omega boost taste like?
Most expecting moms or new moms that have tried CareNatal describe the smell and flavor as being very minimal. And there is no added flavoring in this product. Just in case, we recommend mixing the product into a flavored beverage (such as juice, smoothie, etc) to cover up any remaining tastes from the nutrients present.
I get nauseated easily, can I sip on this throughout the day or wait until the afternoon to drink it?
Yes, the Prenatal Omega Boost was designed just for that. You can sip on it throughout the day. However, we recommend keeping it refrigerated between sips to ensure no bad tastes leak out of the fish oil powder.
Does the Prenatal Omega Boost have fish in it?
Yes. Although fish proteins should be effectively removed during processing, it is certainly possible for fish oils to have small traces of protein. CareNatal realizes that many individuals are extremely sensitive to even trace amounts of fish proteins, and that these may exceed FDA-compliant allergen labeling. We recommend consulting with your healthcare professional before using this product if you are allergic to fish.
I have allergies. Are there any allergens in CareNatal Prenatal Omega Boost?
Yes, the product does have a dairy & soy allergen warning due to casein and soy lecithin being used in the product. Both of these ingredients are used in the microencapsulation structe that helps to trap any fishy flavors from the omega.
This product is also made of fish, but does not meet the FDA requirement for a fish allergen warning, as most of the fish proteins have been removed. However, if you are allergic to fish, consult with a healthcare professional before using this product.
My prenatal vitamin already has Omega-3s, can I take the CareNatal Prenatal Omega Boost as well?
Please speak with your doctor about what is right for you. Please note that although CareNatal comes in a powder form, it is still a prenatal vitamin. Please do not take multiple prenatal vitamins daily unless instructed by your physician.
What is the return policy?
Returns are free and accepted within 30 days of purchase. You will be provided with a return label. Please reach out to hello@carenatal.com to initiate a return. Due to the sensitivity of this product and safety of all involved, we can not accept any Prenatal Omega Boost products that are used or not in original condition.
Do you ship outside the US?
Due to regulatory restraints, we do not ship outside of the US.
What is the recommended amount of Omega-3s per day?
Different health bodies have different minimum recommendations for pregnant women:
ACOG (American College for Obstetrics & Gynecology): 200mg
American Pregnancy Association: 300mg
ISSFAL ( International Society for the Study of Fatty Acids and Lipids): 300mg
