Coaching Session Terms

These Coaching Session Terms ("Terms") describe the complimentary coaching session that comes with eligible CareNatal orders (the "Session"). They apply together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By booking a Session, you agree to these Terms.

What This Is

Eligible CareNatal orders include one complimentary video coaching session of 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the coach, with an independent coach listed on our site. The Session is a coaching conversation: education, planning, preparation and support for your preconception, pregnancy or postpartum journey.

Who the Coaches Are

Coaches are independent professionals who run their own businesses. They are not CareNatal employees, agents or representatives. CareNatal introduces you to your coach and provides scheduling. The coach, not CareNatal, delivers the Session. Credentials shown in a coach's bio are provided by the coach.

Coaching, Not Medical Care

The Session is educational coaching. It is not medical, nursing, midwifery, nutrition therapy, lactation, mental health or other professional healthcare advice, and it does not create a provider-patient or professional relationship with the coach or with CareNatal, even if your coach holds a professional license. Your coach may share general information and help you prepare for conversations with your own healthcare provider. Your coach will not diagnose, treat, prescribe, interpret test results, or advise you to start or stop any medication or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider about your health. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.

About CareNatal Products

Anything a coach says about CareNatal products reflects the coach's own views. CareNatal's product information is on our website and labels. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and have placed a qualifying order. One Session per customer. Book within 90 days of your order. The Session has no cash value, can't be transferred, and isn't refundable or exchangeable. CareNatal may change or end the program at any time; booked Sessions will be honored or rescheduled.

Scheduling

Sessions are booked through a personal link we send you and are subject to coach availability. Please reschedule rather than cancel if you need a different time. If you don't join within 7 minutes of the start time, the Session may be marked as missed. We offer one rebook per customer. If your coach misses the Session, contact hello@carenatal.com and we will arrange a replacement.

Privacy

To host your Session, we share your name, email and any details you enter on the booking form with your coach. CareNatal can see that you booked, with whom, when, whether the Session took place, and any feedback you give us. CareNatal does not receive what you discuss. Sessions are not recorded. Your coach handles information you share in the Session under their own privacy practices. If you tick the box allowing your coach to email you, you can unsubscribe at any time. Coach Offerings

After the included session time, your coach may offer to describe their own paid or free services. You are never required to listen or to buy anything. CareNatal receives no payment from anything you purchase from a coach, and any such purchase is between you and the coach.

Your Responsibilities

Use the Session for yourself only, provide accurate information, and treat your coach with respect. CareNatal may cancel bookings that don't match an eligible order or that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareNatal is not responsible for the content of any Session or for any decision you make based on it, and CareNatal's total liability relating to the program is limited to the amount you paid for the qualifying order. Coaches are intended third-party beneficiaries of the sections titled Coaching, Not Medical Care; About CareNatal Products; and this Limitation of Liability. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Coaches, availability and program details are subject to change.
