Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

- “**For Choline, we labeled all prenatals as meeting the FDA DV if they had enough Choline to supplement an average 319mg Choline diet, and hit the 550mg DV.
- “***Magnesium is an electrolyte with a high DV & is never found in prenatals at high quantities. We did not label any prenatals as being below DV.
- “****Calcium inhibits iron absorption. Since iron is rare in diet & deficiencies are common, most prenatals, including CareNatal, exclude calcium”
Why do some prenatal vitamins
make us
sick?
1
Poor forms of iron
dha
2
“Horse-pills”
A choking sensation when trying to swallow can trigger nausea and vomiting.
3
Fish Tastes
If you’ve tasted a fish burp, you know how nauseating it can be. CareNatal uses microencapsulation to keep all of those fishy tastes sealed in tight.

First, we took capsule out of the equation, and were left with just the vitamin powder
Second, we increased the powder levels. No more cutting corners on the nutrients your body needs. we pack 8x the nutrients vs a gummy and 2.5x vs a pill.
Third, we replaced the hard to absorb ingredients that were triggering nausea, constipation, and other side effects*

FAQ
We’re glad you’re being thoughtful and have questions about our prenatal vitamin.
What does CareNatal taste like?
More than 80% of expecting moms or new moms that have tried CareNatal describe the flavor as being very similar to a strawberry juice or a less sweet Strawberry Starburst from their childhood.
How do Subscriptions & "Out of Stock Protection" work?
Our subscriptions not only guarantee you discounts of up to 40%, but also offer you something different:
1. Out of Stock Protection: Due to high built-up demand, we expect CareNatal Prenatal Vitamin to sell out. To avoid running out of stock, subscriptions ensure that you get fresh prenatals delivered to your doorstep, guaranteed for the duration of your subscription.
2. Fresh Prenatals: Subscriptions offer you a way to get fresh prenatals delivered right to your doorstep, without having to hoard prenatals which take up space and can sometimes expire.
3. No annoying auto renewal: Our subscriptions only last for the duration you select, 6, 9, or 12 months. After that you can choose to extend your subscription, but these subscriptions will never auto renew.
Please note that all subscriptions come with deliveries every 3 months. Every 3 months you can expect 3 new prenatal cartons to arrive. These recurring shipments will continue through the duration of the subscription you selected.
Will my Subscription be practically impossible to cancel?
Not at all. CareNatal was built on the philosophy of making expecting moms' lives easier, not harder. You can make almost any and all changes to your subscription (including cancellations) all by yourself, without talking to a human.
Here are just a few of the changes you can make to your subscription by yourself:
1. Cancel or modify your subscription or even delay or skip a delivery (you have full control)
2. Change your delivery address (perfect for an upcoming move or a holiday vacation)
3. Change the flavor in your next delivery (new flavors coming soon)
Is CareNatal Vegan, Gluten-free, Non-GMO, free of major allergens, halal, and sugar-free?
In regards to our Prenatal Vitamin (and the included liquid Omega Boost), yes to all of the above! And we use no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
While our ingredients are all Kosher compatible, our prenatal does not have a Kosher certification. This is coming soon.
Please note that these claims do not apply to our Omega Boost Powder, sold separately.
What is the Omega Boost liquid dropper that comes with the CareNatal Prenatal Powder?
Omega Boost is our newest and most exciting part of the CareNatal prenatal. A complete prenatal vitamin needs to have Omega-3s (DHA & EPA), which are critical for baby's brain development. Unfortunately, 70% of prenatals either leave this out, or when they include it in their prenatal, it oxidizes, leaving behind a fishy taste.
As part of CareNatal's new vegan reformulation, adding just 1mL of the Omega Boost into your prenatal vitamin drink mix gives you a complete prenatal vtaimin drink. And Omega Boost is made from plant sources rather than fish and it does not have any fishy tastes or smells!
I get nauseated easily, can I sip on this throughout the day or wait until the afternoon to drink it?
Yes, CareNatal was designed just for that You can sip on it throughout the day. However, we recommend keeping it refrigerated between sips to ensure no bad tastes leak out.
A pill is easier to take, why should I take CareNatal?
CareNatal packs 2.5x more active nutrients than pills the top selling do and if we converted our formulation to pills, we would have to ask you to take 8 pills per day. We are considering launching a pill in the future, but most moms have told us a drink would be easier than taking 8 pills per day.
Can I take this with other supplements?
Please speak with your doctor about what is right for you. Please note that although CareNatal comes in a powder form, it is still a prenatal vitamin. Please do not take multiple prenatal vitamins daily unless instructed by your physician.
What is the return policy?
We offer free returns and we have a 30-day return policy (more details below on how this policy differs between one-time purchases and prepaid subscriptions). Due to the sensitivity and safety of prenatal vitamins, we can not accept any products that are not unused and in original condition. Please reach out to hello@carenatal.com to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, you will be provided with a prepaid return label.
One Time Orders: Returns are free and accepted within 30 days of the delivery of your order.
Prepaid Subscriptions: Returns are free and accepted within 30 days of the delivery of the first shipment in your subscription. For refunds on subscriptions, the fair value of any items unreturned or unreturnable (defined as product original price, before any discounts) will be deducted from your total refund.
See our full return policy here.
TIP: If you are extra sensitive to flavors and smells (common during pregnancy), we advise you to buy a 1 month supply first to ensure your body is comfortable with the product. After that, come back and check out a subscription to take advantage of our Out of Stock Protection that comes with all subscriptions. Contact us at hello@carenatal.com and we would be happy to set a subscription aside for you to give you time to test CareNatal without risking it going out of stock while you test your first order.
Does CareNatal ship outside the US?
To have our products shipped outside of the US, we suggest using a shipping partner like Shippsy. Shippsy and other shipping forwarders provide you with a US address to submit at checkout and then send your product direct to you for one low flat rate. Get $10 off your first shipment with Shippsy by clicking here.
Is CareNatal HSA/FSA Eligible?
Yes all CareNatal products are HSA/FSA eligible. Either use your provided HSA/FSA debit or credit card at checkout or submit your order receipt to your provider for reimbursement.
Why is calcium missing from CareNatal?
Calcium can inhibit the absorption of iron, so we chose to leave it out (like many prenatal vitamins). Calcium is also much easier to get from diet vs iron, and 1 in 6 pregnancies in the US experience anemia from not having enough iron. For that reason, we prioritized iron. Also, we recommend avoiding products with high levels of calcium (ie, dairy products) within 2 hours of taking CareNatal.
